Simultaneous PDA + ASD device closure. Double device closure in single procedure. We performed a complex congenital intervention in small child who was labelled as Severe inoperable pulmonary arterial hypertension with large PDA & ASD. It’s really tuff to crack DM Caŕdiology competing with meritorious MD general medicine post graduates by a common entrance test with my pediatric background. But tried my best to secure a seat. Even after getting my DM Caŕdiology residency. Persisted to strive with my colleague general medicine
